Long-time Crusaders manager Stephen Baxter will leave the club at the end of this season.
Baxter has been in charge for 19 years, making him the longest-serving manager in world football.
During his tenure, Mr Baxter led the Crusaders to three Irish Premiership titles, four Irish Cups, one League Cup success and three County Antrim Shields.
The Crusaders currently sit fifth in the Irish Premiership standings.
Baxter said in a statement on the club's website: “After long consideration, I feel now is the time to plan for the future of the club and have informed the chairman of my decision to step down at the end of the season.”
“It has been an honor and privilege for me to contribute to the club and the special memories we have created together will forever be etched deep in our hearts.”
He added: “I would like to thank all the players, staff, officials and our amazing fans who have been on this journey with me from start to finish. It has been an incredible journey.”
“Planning now will give the club time to prepare for the next chapter, but rest assured there are still plenty of points needed to qualify for the play-offs. You’ll be on the mat until the end of the chasing season.”
Baxter, who spent four years as a player with the Crusaders, was appointed manager in 2005 and helped the club win promotion to the Irish Premiership in his second season in charge.
He then led Crews to their first Irish Cup win in 41 years, defeating Cliftonville 1-0 in the 2009 final at Windsor Park.
They brought back-to-back Gibson Cups to Seaview in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons, and won the league title again in 2017-18.
Baxter's side are the current Irish Cup holders, having defeated Ballymena in the last two finals, but lost on penalties to Ards in the fifth round of this year's competition.
The North Belfast side have struggled in the league this season and are currently 21 points behind leaders Linfield.
