A hearing on charges of inappropriate conduct against Red Bull F1 team principal Christian Horner will be held on Friday.
Red Bull said it took the allegations “extremely seriously” when they surfaced on Monday and had launched an investigation.
Horner, 50, has won six constructors' championships with Red Bull since taking over as team principal in 2005.
Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf asks about the allegations, externalHorner said he “categorically denies these allegations.”
Red Bull has not confirmed the nature of the complaint, but BBC Sport understands it relates to allegations of inappropriate and controlling behavior.
BBC Sport understands that the hearing will take place in the UK.
In a statement released on Monday, Red Bull said: “After becoming aware of certain recent allegations, the company has launched an independent investigation.
“This process is already underway and is being carried out by external specialist lawyers. The company takes these matters extremely seriously and plans to complete the investigation as soon as practically possible. It is not appropriate for me to comment further.” ”
Horner has been Red Bull's team principal since it first appeared on the F1 grid in 2005, winning seven drivers' championships and six constructors' championships with the team.
That includes a record-breaking 2023 season in which Max Verstappen won his third world title and the team won 21 of 22 races.
Britton Horner, who was awarded the Order of the British Empire in 2013, was appointed to the Order of the British Empire in last year's New Year Honors List.
Horner, who married Spice Girl Geri Halliwell in Bedfordshire in 2015, raced in his youth but retired at 25 to pursue a career in Formula One team management.
Red Bull is scheduled to unveil its latest car on February 15th ahead of the new season, which starts in Bahrain on March 2nd.
