Top Swedish club Mjarvi AIF have reportedly inquired about the possibility of signing Cape Town City striker Hanyisa Mayo.
According to reports, the club wants to strengthen its squad during the current transfer window, which is open until March 27.

Swedish club inquires about R32 million star Hanisa Mayo
There is no doubt that this report has propelled Mayo to the top trends ever since. Mayo has been linked with moves to multiple teams in multiple transfer windows, but nothing has materialized yet. His contract with Cape Town City expires in 2028.
However, in response to this news, the club have yet to confirm whether they have received inquiries regarding their star player as rumored. Hanisa Mayo is one of the most expensive players in the Premier League, with a whopping R38 million.

Last year, Kaniiso Mayo opened up about Kaizer Chiefs' interest. The Cape Town City star revealed that Kaizer Chiefs once acquired his services but City were reluctant to let him go.

career
Little is known about his early career. Honeysa Mayo, the son of former South African national footballer Patrick Mayo, began his senior career with Ubuntu Cape Town in 2017.
Over the years he has starred for several clubs including Royal Eagles and Richards Bay. He joined Cape Town City in 2021 and has been the club's marquee player since joining.
He has been clinical in goal and has since scored over 50 goals for the club. Last season, he was joint top scorer with Sharlilu with 12 goals. This season he has already scored 7 goals.
