Steve Hoffmeyer is as well known for his Afrikaans music as he is for his multiple baby mothers, children, and passionate female fans.
The 59-year-old father of six is currently married to Janine van der Vyver.

“Mistress” became wife
Steve Hoffmeyer will be celebrating his 10th wedding anniversary with his wife, Janine, who is the mother of his youngest child.
according to times live, Steve began an illegal and long-term relationship with a fitness instructor while he was still married to actress Natasha Sutherland.
Steve married Janine in 2014 after divorcing Natasha in 2008. At the time, Janine revealed that they had been dating for over 10 years.

Before breaking up with Natasha, Janine claims she infuriated Steve with a scathing open letter. IOL. In it, she claims that the singer promised her a house and an engagement ring during their affair. She also claims that she had an abortion because Steve refused to take responsibility for his actions.
Taking things a step further, Janine sued Steve for breach of contract.
Steve responded with applause and accused Janine of having a “pathological obsession” with him. He countersued her for allegedly defaming her.
Steve mentioned the scandal in a 2008 blog post. He writes: “My private weaknesses are obviously very fun, except for the fact that I fall in love with someone else and have to explain it to Natasha (Sutherland, his wife). I don’t owe you anything.”

In 2011, Steve and Janine, who had rekindled their romance at the time, dropped their lawsuits against each other.
