Orlando Pirates travel to Loftus Versfeld to take on Mamelodi Sundowns in a DStv Premiership match on Saturday night.
The match marks the resumption of domestic football after a month-long hiatus, and the two giants of South African football will cross swords in a blockbuster showdown that concludes Saturday's league match.

The hosts were held to a goalless draw at home to Polokwane City in their last match before the suspension, dropping points for the second time this season.
Despite this, Sundowns remain at the top of the table with a 14-game unbeaten run and have won three of their last five, with two games ending in a stalemate.
Pirates and Sundowns headline the weekend
They will be hoping to extend the sizable gap they have opened at the top of the table, but will face a tough challenge from the Buccaneers, who are currently 13 points behind in fifth place.
Orlando Pirates' fortunes took a sudden turn toward the end of last year, as they suffered two consecutive losses just after going undefeated in their last six league games.

However, they have won three of their last five games, collecting nine points after beating Morooka Swallows and TS Galaxy at Orlando Stadium and beating Golden Arrows in their own backyard.
Tasked with ending their rivals' unbeaten start to the season, they head to Tshwane in search of another important win that could move them into fourth place.

Pirates have signed Thabiso Lebitso and Talente Mbatha in January, with both players likely to make their debuts on Saturday.
These two rivals have already met twice this season, with fierce competition in both cup and league matches.
Pirates won the MTN8 final on penalties to clinch the title, weeks after losing 1-0 at home in the Premiership.

They will be looking to end Sundowns' recent dominance in league play between the two sides, who last took three points from the Tshwane side just over four years ago.
