Sheffield United have condemned racist abuse suffered by defender Mason Holgate on social media following Sunday's defeat to Brighton.
Holgate, who is on loan from Everton, shared some of the abuse he suffered on his Instagram account.

“As a sport and as a society, we need to do more and have an impact on racism,” the 27-year-old said.

Holgate has made three appearances for Sheffield United since joining on loan from the Toffees, with his loan spell at Championship club Southampton ending last month.
