A further 11 athletes have secured wildcard spots following the final gold level competition at the Glasgow 24 World Athletics Indoor Championships. 2024 World Athletics Indoor Tour Series in Madrid.
This means some national teams will be strengthened with a third team member in certain areas ahead of the global event in Glasgow from March 1-3. . Typically, team selection for the World Indoor Championships is limited to his two athletes per country and event, but these wildcard spots allow for a third athlete to compete. As always, the final decision regarding an individual athlete's entry into the World Indoor Championships rests with the athlete's national federation.
In addition, each winner of the 2024 World Indoor Tour series will receive a bonus of US$10,000.
The World Indoor Tour's scoring fields change each year, and the first 11 winners will be determined during the 2023 season.

The 2024 World Indoor Tour Gold Series began on January 27th in Astana and concluded on February 23rd in Madrid. Each Gold Meeting will offer prizes of at least 7000 USD for each area of the program, including his 3000 USD to the winner.
