Lyric Massager $172: The Lyric massager was one of our top recommendations. As of this writing, the brand's website is down in preparation for “an all-new His Lyric experience,” the last time he checked back in November. I hope you actually come back. If you happen to find one in stock, it's a great massager that also looks cute. A small touchscreen explains each of the four attachments and guides you through a guided massage. Or you can use it manually. It also has an extended handle that you can click into hard-to-reach areas like your back.
Bob and Brad D6 Pro Massage Gun, $250: This massage gun has a very high-class feel. It's heavy in a good way, and it comes with plenty of accessories. I also love that the brand was founded by two physical therapists. However, I found it to be more expensive than my other favorites, and the noise was quite annoying.
Turonic GM5 Massage Gun $160: I really like using Turonic. It's light (much lighter than his LifePro Sonic above) and has one of the lowest strength levels. This is a good thing for those who generally feel that the “low” on a massage gun is not low enough. It's still pretty powerful too. Comes with 7 attachments.
Dr Massage Prowler Massage Gun $100: Prowlr looks like he's holding a floor sander to his body. The large head rotates, rather than the hammering action of other guns. It feels more like a traditional rubbing massage than a device that taps deep muscle tension. The handle is great for grabbing and getting into hard-to-reach places, but the attachments feel cheap. I also wish it had another smaller head that could be used for areas like the neck.
Hyperice Hypervolt Plus Bluetooth for $229: If a Hypervolt is on sale, a good option would be something like Therabody's device with a Bluetooth connectivity app. It doesn't come with a carrying case because it's heavy, but it does come with a small case for the five attachments.
Yunmai Slim Elegant (SE) $180: Like the Lyric, Yunmai's Slime Elegant was my favorite non-Theragun device. It lives up to its elegant name with a soft coating on the attachment and charging stand. However, it is nearly impossible to find on sale.
