News: Italy share the spoils with France in Round 3 of the Six Nations, returning to the top 10 of the World Rugby Men's Rankings for the first time since June 2013.
Sunday's dramatic 13-13 draw with France in Lille gave the Azzurri one point and improved their overall rating to 76.58 points, above Fiji.
Italy would have moved within one place of an all-time high of eighth place had Paolo Garbisi's last-gasp penalty gone over the pole instead of hitting the stands.
It was also denied Italy's only Six Nations victory over France on French soil, in Grenoble in 1997, when they defeated Les Bleus.
Despite losing all rating points, France remains in fourth place.
The draw was only the eighth in the competition's history, with Ireland and Scotland claiming home wins in Saturday's two games, capping off a frenetic Six Nations weekend.
Ireland beat Wales 31-7 at Lansdowne Road, scoring their fourth try in the final move and taking three bonus points from three games.
However, the result did not affect either team's rating as they were 12.57 points better than Wales, who play the game in Dublin, before taking home weight into account.
Reigning champions Ireland remain in second place behind South Africa with 92.11 points, while Wales are eighth with 79.54 points.
A fourth successive win over England in the Calcutta Cup moved Scotland significantly closer to their oldest rivals in the rankings, but the 30-21 scoreline was not enough for the two teams to swap places.
Fifth-placed England entered the match with a 2.56 point advantage over Scotland, but the gap has narrowed to just 0.64 points.
Scotland needed to win by a margin of at least 15 points to leapfrog their defeated opponents and equal their highest ever fifth place.
