In recent revelations, mommy club Former nanny Barbara has caused a stir on social media after coming forward with a claim of unfair dismissal.

During the show's reunion last year, Latile said he had to let Barbara go because he had found a new opportunity.
“Barbara no longer works for me because she got a bigger opportunity. I wish I could have her again. But I have two nannies and a full house. If I had a home and could afford to keep her, I would always adopt her,” Latil said.
However, in a recent episode, Barbara revealed a completely different story, claiming that she was fired for no apparent reason.
Barbara said the problem began when Latil's husband confronted her about his missing wallet.
“I told him I didn't know where it was, but then he told me to sit down because he wanted to talk to me. He said mom. [Ratile] I wasn't happy. I don't work like I used to.
“They started bringing up petty issues that I didn't understand. I asked them why I had been working for them for seven and a half years and now my job wasn't going well. I asked him if he was saying that,” she added.
Additionally, Barbara claims that after they fired her, they did not pay her as promised. She then took them to CCMA, she said.
“I am very hurt. He never complained and did everything that was asked of him wholeheartedly,” she said.
