Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino said the club's owners had shown their support since losing to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final.
Pochettino was criticized after Chelsea lost 1-0 in extra time to a weakened Liverpool side on Sunday.
He said he has had positive discussions with co-owners Todd Boley and Behadad Egbali.
“They showed their support and Todd gave us a great message after the game,” Pochettino said.
“I greeted the owners when I met them at the stadium and after I met and spoke to Behdad.
“We were sharing our opinions about the game and about missing out on the chance to win the trophy, because I think we played really well for 90 minutes.”
Sky Sports pundit and former England defender Gary Neville described Chelsea as a “billion pound job in a bottle”.
In response to Neville's comments, Pochettino said: “For three or four years under Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool didn't win a title. Now they are getting what they deserve.” Told.
“For us, it's a huge achievement to reach the finals after eight months.
“A lot of the young players were playing 90 minutes, 120 minutes. They now understand what it is to play in a final and they will get even better with this experience.”
Asked about his future at Chelsea, Pochettino said: “It's out of my control. We have a very good relationship with the owners and the sporting director.”
“It's up to them whether they believe it or not. It's not for the coach to decide.”
Pochettino said forward Christopher Nkunku, who has played just two games in the Premier League this season, will be sidelined again due to injury.
“It's difficult for him. We watched him during pre-season and he was scary on the pitch until he had problems with his knee,” Pochettino said.
“It's been almost eight months now, and even if he's involved, he's not the same player.”
Chelsea, 11th in the table, will host Leeds United, who are closer to the relegation zone than the top four, at Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup fifth round on Wednesday.
