In an unexpected turn of events, Big Brother has had to evict four housemates: Chuenzaa, Miele, Taki and Mitch.
Mitch, who has broken his silence on social media since his eviction, thanked his supporters in a heartfelt statement.
“Amidst the turmoil surrounding my eviction from the Big Brother House, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who voted for me while I was on the show. Your unwavering support has been an incredible source of strength and inspiration throughout this roller coaster journey.”
Mitch admitted the eviction was a shock. He said his journey in the Big Brother house ended sooner than he expected.
“My time at home may have come to an unexpected end, but the overwhelming love and encouragement I received from all of you has left an indelible mark on my heart…
“In the midst of disappointment and uncertainty, your support and positive messages have been a beacon of light and guided me through this difficult time.”

BBM Zanshi Viewers reacted to Sunday's eviction on social media.
Many expressed shock, disappointment and support for the housemate.
“What Mitch's eviction taught me is that it's the furniture that wins this season, not the right housemate. We're voting now the BBN way. Cry, dear Big -Brother Mzansi,” one viewer wrote to X.
Another said: “I'm not going to split my vote anymore. Mitch's unexpected eviction scared me. Starting tomorrow, I'll vote only for Yolanda.”
