Wolves moved up to eighth in the Premier League after defeating Fulham, boosting their hopes of playing in Europe next season.
Rayan Ayt-Nouri took the lead early in the second half after Fulham failed to react properly to a free-kick from deep, converting Toti Gomez's counterattack.
There was more than a hint of luck in the second goal, when Nelson Semedo's shot deflected wide off Tom Cairney, leaving Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno helpless.
Alex Iwobi pulled one back deep into stoppage time with a deft impromptu finish, but there was little time for a restart as Wolves held on.
Gary O'Neill's win was even more impressive considering they lost Jean-Richner Bellegarde and Pedro Neto to injury in the first half.
Fulham, on the other hand, dominated the first half, with Harry Wilson firing a shot wide of the goalkeeper and Tosin Adarabioyo hitting the bar after being free with eight yards to go. I ended up regretting the missed opportunity.
Wolves changed teams after the break and quickly put Marco Silva's team under pressure with their aggressive high pressing led by the impressive Mario Lemina.
Although they were able to slow the pace slightly after being two goals down and keep the visitors quiet for the most part, Jose Sa made a smart save to deny Joao Parinha's shot. They were forced to do so, and then Max Kilman headed in a follow-up shot from Rodrigo Muniz. line.
Former Wolves winger Adama Traore also had a powerful shot deflected away by Sa as Fulham's poor performance at Molineux continued.
Iwobi's goal was their first in five visits to the ground, with their last win at Wolves having played 18 league and cup games back in March 1985.
More to come.
