Bordeaux Begles defeated Saracens for the second time this year to reach the quarter-finals of the Investec Champions Cup.
The French side, who won 55-15 against Surrey in January, established an overwhelming dominance with five tries in the second half.
Saracens, who were without captain Owen Farrell, had tries from Alex Lewington and Tom Willis.
Bordeaux will next face another London club, Harlequins.
Mateo Garcia, Nicolas Deportaire and Louis Vier-Bialei each scored two tries as the hosts piled up 100 points from their two games against Saracens.
Bordeaux were only 10 points ahead by half-time thanks to Garcia's opening try and Maxime Luk's penalty.
Saracens did not learn their lesson
Much of the pre-match buzz surrounding Saracens was how they could avenge the loss they suffered in Bordeaux earlier in the year.
They traveled to France with Farrell joining Racing 92 this summer, but Alex Goode was absent due to injury as he deputized at flyhalf.
However, Good had trouble coordinating Sarries' offense as Sarries' defense became more aggressive against Bordeaux's wave attacks.
The hosts had five tries canceled in the first half, but eventually got through Garcia in the corner to extend their lead to 10 points.
It was much the same after the break, but Bordeaux strengthened Sarries' defense and looked more present, exploiting weaknesses.
Clever play from Tevita Tataf set up Garcia's second try, and a great break from Damien Penault gave Deportaire their third.
Viel Bialei relied on his soccer skills to clear the ball and score the fourth goal, but after some clean play with the ball in his hands, Deportaire crossed again.
Saracens fought back with an unopposed cross from Lewington that ended the game, but Biel Bialley scored his sixth try and the French side didn't finish it either.
Willis came off the bench and powered up in search of late consolation, but the loss and the departure of Farrell and others marked the end of a glorious era for Saracens, who had won three Champions Cups. .
