Dufourcq brings a wealth of experience to the role having spent the past 25 years with Leroy Marlin in France, the statement said. Most recently, he served as the leader of the Collead France population conquest initiative. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including financial controller, logistics department manager, customer service department manager, and store manager. “Frank's extensive experience in a variety of operational roles, strong commercial mind, and ability to lead and motivate teams make him an excellent choice for Leroy Marlin SA,” said Leroy Marlin GM ADEO and Coach President Thomas Boulet. “This makes him the ideal candidate to continue our successful growth.” S.A.
