Rassie Erasmus brought Franco Mostert's boom box to training to prepare for a hostile Springbok response when they face hosts France in the World Cup quarter-finals.
France, along with Ireland, were favorites to win the 2023 Rugby World Cup. And after defeating the All Blacks in the opening game of the tournament and the Springboks losing to Ireland in Pool B, France became the favorites to knock South Africa out of the World Cup.
And that belief was further strengthened by the fact that the Springboks were not only playing against a strong French team, but also against a hostile and partisan French crowd inside the Stade de France in Paris.
However, as has been proven many times before, Rassie Erasmus is always one step ahead and prepared, and this time was no exception.
