Ratanan Malema, the eldest son of EFF leader Julius Malema, gave a superlative performance at a recent matric dance.
The 17-year-old is completing his final year at St David's Marist Inanda, a private school in Johannesburg.
Ratanan is the son of a politician and his former partner Maropeng Ramohale.
Julius and his wife Mantao have two other sons, Kopano and Munjezi.
Ratanan Malema does the matrix dance
In an Instagram post, Julius Malema introduced his followers to his son Ratanan's matric dance.
In one photo, Julius helps his mini-me wear a formal suit.
He captioned the adorable post: “I decided to become a father and have made a lot of efforts. Yesterday was a memorable and exciting experience. I helped my eldest son prepare for the matric dance and became a driver. It was an honor to be able to do that.
He continued: “Our success is largely due to the fact that our ancestors never taught us to envy, hate, or be jealous.
“The event was well executed and I am so proud of my son for the great job he did.”
In another clip, Ratananan is joined by her classmates and her stunning partner in a long, flowing black gown. A group of teens pose for photos in a luxurious mansion before heading to the main event.
Ratanan and his date are transported to the ceremony in a luxury Mercedes G-Wagon and walk the red carpet together.
One of the young man's followers commented: “Fresh, clean and classy.” Another added: “A real dripper to say the least.”

Ratanan Malema is in many ways his father's son. Not only do they look similar, but they also share the same hobby: DJing.
Julius has previously shared clips of his son on the decks, and it's clear he has an ear for music.
Like his father, Ratanan is a natural leader.
In another post, Julius shared how his son was given the title of one of the school's Warcry leaders. In the video clip, a young man is seen bravely leading his peers in song.
He captioned the post: “Leadership begins with taking small steps. Always know that the path to leadership is a gradual process built on step-by-step actions, discipline, and resilience.” Similarly, my son also commands a battalion at his school.”
