Sky & Peacock has announced that award-winning singer, songwriter, actress, author and director Barbra Streisand has recorded new music for Sky & Peacock's original series. the tattooist of auschwitz.

Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award winning singer-songwriter Barbra Streisand has recorded a new song titled: love survives For future series The tattooist of Auschwitz. This will be Streisand's first television series recording and will be released worldwide by Columbia Records. The song will be released worldwide on April 25th ahead of the series' release on May 2nd.

Zimmer and Talve also composed the original score for the upcoming six-part limited series starring Harvey Keitel, Melanie Lynskey, Jonah Hauer-King, Anna Proszniak and Jonas Ney.
Streisand is accompanied on this new recording by the world-class London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by William Ross.
Iconic singer performs new song
Streisand said he wanted to sing. love will Survive like the 6 million souls lost 80 years ago.

One day, while he was tattooing her prisoner number on her arm, he met Gita (Prosniak) and a love developed that defied the fears of those around him. Thus began a courageous and unforgettable story. Under the constant surveillance of volatile Nazi SS officer Stefan Barecki (Jonas Ney), Lari and Gita become determined to keep each other alive.
About 60 years later, Lari (Keitel), now in her 80s, meets Heather Morris (Linskey), an aspiring writer. His recently widowed Lari found the courage to tell his story to the world. In telling Heather about his past, Lali finally confronts the traumatic ghosts of his youth and relives the memory of falling in love with her in the darkest of places.
