Omufure Jera withdraws from upcoming reality show
Omle Jeera will not appear on the Tropica Islands of Treasure reality show.
A few months ago, it was announced that she would be one of the stars to appear on the show, but she has now apologized for her new decision.
A statement was released on social media confirming that Omre had voluntarily withdrawn from the competition show's 11th season.

“It is with great regret that I would like to inform you that I have made the difficult decision to ask the production company behind Tropica Island of Treasure to recast me for next season. After discussions, it became clear that my involvement in the upcoming new TV series would conflict with the filming schedule of Tropica Treasure Island. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team, our loyal supporters, and for rooting for me. I sincerely apologize to everyone.”
As an actress returning to the big screen after a year-long hiatus, my team and I have been thinking carefully about my next professional steps. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate in “Tropica Island of Treasure” and was looking forward to the show.
However, we concluded that it was in my best interest to prioritize longer-term contracts in my area of expertise.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the support and encouragement we have received thus far, and ask for your understanding and support in making this difficult decision. We wish you all the best in the production of Season 11 of Tropica Island of Treasure, and we sincerely hope that everyone will enjoy the next season.
