DJ Zinhle has received support from some colleagues in the industry following her claims about South African youth.
Zinhle was dragged into the quagmire after he said some young people don't have the right skills to get jobs.
She mentioned this issue in X, but some of her words fell on deaf ears as people were not ready to accept her explanation.
However, amidst the hatred, Sizwe Dhlomo, Simuza and Prince Kaybee agreed with DJ Zinhle's statement and the men further defended her.
“Ladies and gentlemen, DJ Zinhle is not admonishing young people in that interview, she is actually defending them. She is saying that the quality of our education and development makes them competitive in the job market. It is saying that they are not in the best position to demonstrate their potential,” Sizwe wrote.
Simza also criticized X, writing: “I sympathize with the situation of many young people in SA, but to some extent I also agree with Zinhle. It's difficult to find the right people for your business. Business is a constant battle.”But we… , must take responsibility for providing opportunities to deserving young people. Most of you are attacking her because you don't like it. ”
Prince Kaybee said only that he agreed with the businessman's opinion.
The great thing is, these men have one thing in common: they're business owners.
She’s telling the truth… https://t.co/UWj7Lx0qio
