It's been nearly 10 days since DJ Tila gave singer Luke Ntombela one week to delete defamatory comments about him.
Since April, Ntombela has alleged there was a dispute between him and Tira over payment and song registrations.
“I will do whatever is assigned to me. I will not expose you or smear your name, certainly not intentionally,” Ntombela wrote in a direct message to Tira. She shared a screenshot of the message.
The song in question is ImitandazoThis song is included in the Afrotainment compilation “AfroSummer 17”.

Suspicion of sexual assault
In more serious allegations, Ms Ntombela claims she lost consciousness and woke up in the DJ's bed, suggesting that Ms Tila may have sexually assaulted her.
However, a week ago, Tila, through her lawyer, warned the singer to delete the said statement.
“These actions of yours are causing serious and grave damage to the esteemed brand and reputation of our client,” the letter from Tira’s lawyers, Mkhize Law Firm, said. .
Ntombela shared several screenshots of a conversation he had with Tira, whose real name is Mthokozi Kati.

A few days after the uproar caused by her post, Ntombela was invited onto Ukhozi FM's breakfast show, Vuka Africa Breakfast Show.
Tyra's lawyer asked him to return to the police station and retract his statement.
“You must conduct further radio interviews through the same radio station, retract the interviews you conducted, and offer an unconditional apology,” the station declared more than a week ago.

luke doesn't care
Instead of removing the statement, the singer continued to discuss the issue with Tila. On Friday, she took to Facebook to mock her deadline, declaring that she would not be gagged.
“There are two things that make me feel bad about you,” she said before listing them.
“I'm explaining the damage you've caused me. But it seems like all you care about is your own brand. (You know it wasn't my intention to hurt your brand.) ),” she said.
“2. You don't listen to me when I tell you that I don't want anything and you don't explain it to me. They try to convince me to come up with the amount they want,” said the disgruntled singer.
