Big Zulu is excited about the Celebrity Games on July 21st.
A South African music star will be hosting the event and adding a bit of spice to the event.
The gospel team won the 2023 tournament, but they plan to add actors to this year's game.
“In 2022, the Amapiano team was eliminated but last year we saw the Gqom team gear up early in the tournament. The tournament is made up of four teams of different genres and with both Amapiano and Gqom missing, we will be adding actors,” he told TshishaLIVE.
Previously held in Johannesburg, the match's venue has been changed and will now be held at Kwazwelitini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban.
“These games are for the people who support our technology, so we bring these games to them. We are planning to go to Limpopo, the Western Cape, the Northern Cape and the North West because we didn't want to do that,” Zulu said while explaining the move.
Big Zulu urged all artistes in the game to stay in shape.
“The players have to be healthy because the fans are leaving their bags behind to spend the afternoon watching us play football. Preparation is essential.”
