Lebo exposes Letoya's erratic behaviour in marriage
Lebo Keswa has exposed Letoya Makhene’s cheating behaviour during their marriage.
The two were married for over two years but eventually divorced after Lebo could no longer tolerate the actress's abuse.
The businessman confirmed the incident to Sunday World, saying: “Letoya scalded Keswa with boiling water, hit her with an ironing board and threw a vase at her before smashing furniture and burning curtains at the couple's Randfontein home.”
The South African actress was reportedly sleeping with a married Nigerian drug dealer in exchange for drugs.
Lebo wrote a letter to Makene's family explaining why she decided to end her marriage.
“Letoya Makene had two affairs with a Nigerian man and slept with him in exchange for drugs.
“Two weeks after Letoya had an affair with a married man, I asked her to leave my house. She came to your house in Tladi (Soweto) and once again had an affair with a lesbian woman from your area.”
“I was assaulted three times by Letoya and was even scalded with boiling water in the process. The only family member I consulted was her father, Blondie Makenene, who asked for forgiveness on her behalf but at the time I foolishly forgave her and took no legal action other than filing a police report.
“Letoya destroyed both the houses we lived in. She smashed windows and burned curtains at my grandmother's house and she destroyed furniture at ours.”
The letter also revealed that Letoya had refused to allow visitors to the psychiatric hospital.
Rebo further added that generation The actress cheated her. She (Lebo) “paid lobola for Letoya, her mother, her children and her dolozi (ancestors) but [later] “Because Letoya has not completed her ceremony, I am being forced to make multiple payments to complete the ceremony, leaving me in financial difficulty. Letoya and her family have not been honest with my family,” she wrote.
