The incident occurred in May of this year.
In a recent episode Popcorn and cheeseRobot Boy and Jazzy Q YFM producer Ngcebo Mcobothi has accused JazziQ of sexual harassment.
Robot Boi, who was at the scene of the incident, said, “When we arrived at the scene, she was wearing a blanket-like dress. My brother [JazziQ] “Hey, it looks warm,” I said.
They then got in and out of the elevator to continue the interview, he said, but did not say what happened in the elevator.
Meanwhile, Makoboshi spoke about the incident on X without naming anyone and claimed the harassment happened in an elevator.
“I'm so angry! I wasn't sexually harassed after I turned down one of your favorite people. This guy literally grabbed me around the waist and tried to kiss me. [forcefully]”I had to push him away and we were in the elevator,” she wrote.

Jazzyk denied the allegations.
Jazzique, whose real name is Tumelo Manyoni, has denied the allegations through his legal team. His lawyers said they had requested CCTV footage from the YFM director after the allegations emerged.
However, YFM allegedly told them that the elevators were not equipped with cameras, after which JazziQ's team released video footage they had taken themselves from inside the premises.
The video shows Makoboti entering the building and elevator with Jazsik and several others. Jazsik's lawyers say he was never alone with Makoboti in the elevator. At least five other people were present, the lawyers said.
“Secondly, Mr. Jazic and Ms. Makoboti entered the elevator before him and were in no way close to each other. The fact that he entered last also means that he was closest to the elevator doors and there were at least five people between them. Finally, the elevator only went up one floor and the distance was only a few seconds at most.”
YFM issued a statement distancing itself from the allegations, saying Makoboti was a freelancer and her views did not represent those of the station.
“We wish to state on record that Ms Makoboti is an external producer and freelancer for Company Y. Her actions do not reflect the views or actions of the company, nor does Company Y have any control over the content Ms Makoboti posts on social media,” the statement read.
