Boity took part in the second season of The Masked Singer, where he performed a number of popular songs.
Media personality Boity Thulo said: The Masked Singer South Africa This is shown on TV after her true identity is revealed as Butterfly.
“I had the time of my life playing Butterfly. The Masked Singer South Africa“To be ranked in the top six is absolutely amazing,” she said in a social media post.
Boity participated in the second season of the singing competition, performing songs such as Butterfly; paint the town red By Doja Cat Break My Heart Dua Lipa and Whitney Houston How do we know?.
Three episodes in, Butterfly lost a face-off and came in last place but was not eliminated. The face-off she won was against Millie, who was revealed to be Bobby van Jaarsveld.

“It's been so much fun watching everyone – the judges, friends, family – guess who I am! So many of you [sic] “That was exactly what happened! It was an unforgettable experience!” said Boity.

The Masked Singer The show will see a four-man detective panel of judges – Mi Casa's J Something, Somizi Mhlongo, DJ and singer Sitelo Shozi and Sukumba Kholofe – guess the identity of the singer under the mask.
Each week, the TV show, hosted by award-winning comedian Mpho Pops, sees audience members and detectives attempt to solve the Masked Singer mystery.
Last week, Dineo Ranaka was revealed to be a diamond and was eliminated from the show.
This season began with 16 celebrities, but only five remain: Owl, Gold, Giraffe, Boombox and Blue Crane.
The second season featured a variety of media personalities, from LaConco (Star) to Dricus du Plessis (Wildebieste).
The show airs on Saturday nights on SABC 3 and is repeated on Thursday nights on SABC 1.
