Mac G and Sol Fenduka revealed the truth about their podcast after being sued by Rose Moten over derogatory comments made by guest Thor Ass Mor calling him a “child of the devil.”
Sol released a disclaimer on the show saying that he was not responsible for anything said by his guests on the show.
“There is a disclaimer on the podcast, we do not endorse the opinions of anyone here. Whoever is sitting here can only say what they want to say. Unathi was here and she spoke about Kaya FM but they (Kaya FM) did not come on the podcast because of what she said,” Sol Penduka said.

The episode mentioned in the lawsuit features actor, comedian, musician and celebrity chef Tolu As Mo, the latter of whom was the person responsible for accusing Motene, but was not served with the demand letter because he had filed a self-defense petition through his lawyer.
During the show, Tolu As Mo (real name Mongezi Mahlangu) spoke about the rape allegations made against him by model and actress Lerato Moloi. The rape charges were eventually dropped by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) as there was no evidence that Mahlangu had raped Moloi.
Motene said in court documents that she felt insulted and defamed. She has since sent a letter of demand to Podcasts & Chill, in which she seeks damages in the region of R1 million. She also wants the podcast to apologise and remove the episode from its website.
