Somizi Mhlongo took to Twitter to respond to a scammer impersonating Musa Kaura.
A few days ago, rumors circulated that the controversial YouTuber had passed away.
The news caused a huge stir on social media, with people shocked, while others thought the reports were untrue.
Somizi, who was a victim of Musa's trolling, responded to the reports on his Instagram account.
“When I heard he passed away. P.S. I won't believe it until he announces it himself or I go to his funeral lol,” the media personality wrote.
On Wednesday morning, another account named after the YouTuber appeared to deny the death rumors, but a majority of social media users claimed the account was fake.
Musa Kaura further mocked the radio presenter, saying: “Somizi Mhlongo, whose marriage failed, is now rejoicing in rumours because he is no longer important.”
Responding, Somizi Mhlongo condemned those behind the fake accounts.
“You are trying too hard to imitate him and failing miserably. You don't know this but I don't take what he says about me personally and I actually find it funny. So here I am, at least I am not a failure in life unlike typist Kamsa. Ftsek,” Som's tweet read.
Shem, you are trying too hard to imitate him and failing miserably. You don't know that I don't take what he said about me personally, I actually find it amusing. So, to answer you, at least I am not a failure in life, unlike Kamsa the typist. Ftsek
