Gospel singer Solly Moholo has been admitted to hospital in Botswana, according to a statement released by his management team.
Moholo was in Botswana ahead of the release of his upcoming album. Ubani o zo pepeza.
However, after returning to his home in Botswana, Moholo fell ill and was rushed to a nearby hospital.
A statement from the team said they remain in Botswana and are monitoring his recovery.
“Nteito Solly Moholo is showing signs of improvement today compared to yesterday. The family asks for your prayers for his full recovery during this difficult time. We will provide updates as more information becomes available,” the statement read.

Moholo has been very active since announcing his foray into Amapiano in an interview on Gogo Skoteni's podcast earlier this year.
