Nadia Nakai and Ihashi Elimkhlov become Mosito Ambassadors
It has been announced that Nadia Nakai and Ihashi Elimlov will be appointed as ambassadors for the 2024 Mosito Music Conference and Exhibition.
The musicians are honored by this opportunity. This year's theme is based on 30 Years of Democracy.
Chairman Stanley Khoza said: “We remain focused on fostering innovation, collaboration and growth in the African music industry.”
It added: “Nadia Nakai and Ihashi Elimlov were selected as ambassadors for their significant contribution to African music.”
Nadia said of the deal: “Partnering with a legend, a player of Ihash Elimlov's caliber, makes me feel important and justified.''
“I am honored to join Mosito 2024 as an ambassador. This platform aims to push boundaries and give African artists a space to explore new opportunities while staying true to their roots in Africa. “I'm excited to be part of the conversation that will guide the future of music,” she added.
Mr. Ibashi says: “For me, Mosito is more than just a conference. It is a movement. It is important to ensure that African stories and sounds continue to thrive while embracing new technologies and trends. I am proud to be an ambassador for this event that we celebrate and preserve.”
