Makazi was dragged on social media over her poor treatment of VIP fans who attended One Woman's show over the weekend.
Fans with the Twitter name “Peace” took to social media to express their disappointment over the singer's experience at a recent event.
He detailed complaints about the premium package they had purchased for R16,000, criticizing the lack of promised amenities and the organization as a whole.
The fan explained that the R16k package would be split between eight friends and cover the ticket cost of R8,000 (R1,000 per person) and a bar tab of R8,000.
However, when it arrived, I discovered that there was a discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered.
“The ticket price for the marquee was R16,000. Lol, when I see there is no marquee, just the stadium suite, no glasses, no ice bucket. This is the alcohol we have 😂😂😂😂 @MakhadziSA? ” he tweeted, attaching a photo of the setup.
It's also to clarify things. R16k was not for one person. They had table packages on sale. We were 8 friends so we paid R16k in two installments. R8k was the ticket fee (R1000 x 8 people) and R8k was the bar tab fee. https://t.co/JjpxqQLuMB

Fans further expressed their dissatisfaction and demanded refunds. “Please refund me @MakhadziSA as I will not let this BS slide.”
Despite the logistical challenges, he acknowledged the quality of Makazi and other artistes' performances, adding: “I'm not going to take away from Mahaji and the other artists' amazing performances, but I'm not going to let go of the horrible experience I encountered for an event I had scheduled since January.”
The incident sparked widespread discussion online, with some defending the music star and others relating to Peace's complaints.
Fans are waiting to see if Makazi and event organizers will address the concerns raised.
