Showmax to live stream Tyra's homecoming concert across Africa
Showmax is set to make history on January 18, 2025 as the first African streaming platform to livestream a homegrown concert. Fans from 44 African countries will be able to experience the highly anticipated performance of Grammy Award-winning Amapiano star Tyra at Sunbet Arena in Pretoria.
Tyra, the youngest African Grammy winner, will perform hits from her debut album. Tyrahas already exceeded 1.6 billion streams worldwide. Known as the “Queen of Popiano,” Tyra's unique blend of pop and amapiano has earned her a loyal fan base around the world.
