Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech is a big doubt ahead of Tuesday night's epic clash against Bafana Bafana.
South Africa and Morocco will meet in the Round of 16 of the 2023 Afcon at the Stade de San Pedro.
Galatasaray midfielder Ziyech, who has already scored an assist and a goal in the competition, is suffering from an ankle injury.
The star winger was sidelined with an injury during the team's 1-0 win over Zambia and is yet to resume full training ahead of the match against Bafana.
