The ANC held birthday celebrations in the province, where the party has not been in power since 2009.
Mr Ramaphosa said the ANC must be representative of all races in the country.
“The African National Congress cannot simply be an organization of a particular group of people. Non-racialism means that white South Africans, black South Africans, colored people, Indian South Africans It means we have to feel like we belong at the conference.”
Meanwhile, ANC deputy leader Paul Mashatil hosted the party's birthday celebrations in George, Western Cape.
Mr Mashatile was joined by ANC officials from across the Victor Morosi region. The event is in the build-up to a birthday rally to be held at Mandela Park Stadium in Khayelitsha, Cape Town on Saturday.
Mashatile says the party needs to come together and become stronger if it is to perform well in the 2026 local government elections.
Mashatile says he is busy revamping the party to return it to its former glory days.
