andy cole and john terry has been inducted into the Hall of Fame of England's top league, the Premier League, it was announced on Monday.
The pair were chosen from a shortlist of 15 former players following a combination of votes from fans around the world and votes from the Premier League Awards Committee.

Three former England players will be honored at an event in London on Tuesday.
Cole is the fourth-highest scorer in Premier League history, scoring 187 goals in 414 appearances and winning five titles with Manchester United.
The 52-year-old has played for a number of other clubs, including Newcastle, and won the Golden Boot award in his first season in the Premier League.
“My dad wanted me to play cricket and I said, 'No dad, I think I'm good at football,'” Cole said.
“When I look back on my career, it always fills me with great pride and puts a smile on my face.”
John Terry scores a record 41 goals
Terry, 43, is the most successful Chelsea captain in the club's history, leading the team to five Premier League titles.
He holds the record for most clean sheets in the Premier League by a defender with 214, and is also the highest scoring defender in league history, scoring 41 goals in 492 appearances in the top flight.
“I was lucky to share a locker room with a lot of top players,” he said.
“Being captain of a club like Chelsea and what we achieved as a team is very special to me.”

Premier League CEO Richard Masters said Cole and Terry were “deserving” of induction into the Hall of Fame.
Masters said Cole was “one of the greatest strikers we have ever seen” and that Terry helped turn Chelsea into a Premier League powerhouse.
The Hall of Fame was launched in 2021, with David Beckham, Eric Cantona, Thierry Henry, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and Alan Shearer among the inaugural inductees.
