A warrant has been issued for former Orlando Pirates star Thamsanka Gabza's arrest after he failed to appear at Alexandra Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Gabuza failed to appear in court for the fourth time. The TS Galaxy star has been charged with criminal damage to property.

Arrest warrant issued for Thamsanka Gabuza
The last court date was adjourned for mediation between the 36-year-old star and the complainant. Instead, Gabuza took a no-show, leaving the court with no choice but to issue an arrest warrant against him.
However, his next court appearance will be on February 15th. If you do not appear in court, you will be arrested by the police.

TS Galaxy is trending after Mzansi failed to appear in court as he tries to connect the dots regarding his whereabouts. Gabuza has not yet revealed the reason for his absence.
Asked for comment, Gabuza's lawyer Ngobeni said Gabuza did not appear in court due to poor health. “We don't know where he is. He did not appear in court because he was not feeling well. He is currently undergoing medical intervention.”

The South African Police Service (SAPS) said in a statement that on November 11, Gabuza went to his ex-girlfriend's home in Sandton, where the alleged incident took place.
“The complainant stated that Gabuza allegedly asked her for sex, but she refused. That's when the soccer player became aggressive and roughly shoved her against a wall towards her bedroom. .
“The complainant allegedly managed to escape and ran back to the lounge. Gabuza is accused of tailing her, snatching her cell phone and slamming her against a wall.”

Reacting to his arrest, Gabuza's legal representative Themba Ngobeni said the footballer had no intention of missing his court date, which is not the case.
“He never misses any court dates and will be available and co-operative at any time during the proceedings,” Ngobeni said.
