Friends and family of Sfiso Ncwane recently remembered his life on his birthday by unveiling his headstone at Hero's Acre cemetery in KwaZulu-Natal.
The award-winning star passed away in December 2016 after being admitted to Life 4ways Hospital in Johannesburg.
Ayanda NCWANE honors her late husband with new headstone
Sfiso Ncwane's wife, Ayanda Ncwane, shared photos from the event on social media. She captioned the post: “Glory to God. Yesterday was a great day for our family. Thank you to everyone who came to the unveiling of Babunkwane.”
She added: “Well done for redesigning my dad's gravestone.” However, the post has since received thousands of comments and reactions. Some followers asked why Sfiso Ncwane's stepdaughter Noshile did not attend the unveiling of Sfiso Ncwane's tombstone.
The deceased gospel singer has a daughter. real housewives of durban Starring Nonke Williams. Nosily recently turned 17 years old. However, a private reception was also held after the unveiling ceremony.

Ayanda Ncwane also had the privilege of presenting her eldest son Ngeweti Sfiso Ncwane with a microphone adorned with black and gold jewellery. In response to this gesture, she wrote a heartfelt message to her son on Instagram.
Ayanda Ncwane posted, “SfisoNcwaneUnveilingCeremony!” @makncwane, as your mother and as a prophet in your life, after 7 years, I was guided to pass the baton to you and release the mantle hanging from your father. ”
But the reality TV star added: Grab your tools and go serve! ”
The ceremony was attended by celebrities including Ukhozi FM presenter Lady Khoza and actor Nhlanhla Mdlarose. However, gospel stars Sipho Makhabane, Subu Noah, Gibson Nyangiwe, Malusi Mbokazi and Tatenda Mahachi were also in attendance.
SFISO NCWANE’s illustrious career
The late singer and composer was born on April 21, 1979 in Muswarum, Port Shepstone. In 1997, Sfiso Ncwane joined a Mladzi-based band called New Edition. He also performed with One Touch before joining Bula Music.
However, Bra Music signed the award-winning gospel musician in 2001. Sfison Ncwane's debut his album, Makaduniswe, was a complete success. There is no doubt that he had an illustrious career winning several awards. However, some of the awards include:

However, his big hit 'Kurungile Baba' was certified platinum and the song won Record of the Year at the 19th South African Music Awards ceremony.
