The house is listed in Property 24. However, Ayanda Thabete is inclined to disagree with this news.

There is no doubt that the sale took place several months after it was reported that the father of Thabete's baby was on the run. Reports say 10 rare cars went missing while in his possession.
However, these cars are at the center of fraud allegations. While his case is still pending, Peter Matsimbe and Thabete have put their home on the market for R19.5 million.

The R19.5-million home boasts a modern architectural design. The home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is a 5-car carport and a 2-car glass garage. Ayanda Thabete and Machinbe's home has exposed brick, which is complemented by different paint colors depending on the theme of the room.
It has glass walls to let in more natural light. A chandelier falls from the high ceiling. Some rooms also have fixed beam lights, especially in the entertainment area. Peter Matsimbe and Ayanda Thabete's home also features a state-of-the-art gym, golf simulator, fully equipped wine cellar and soundproof theater.
Mr. Machinbe's fraud charges
However, the media has not yet revealed the reason behind the sale. Ayanda Thabete's baby's father, Matshimbe, is reportedly on the run. He disappeared from the spotlight amid his fraud woes. Since then, police have been trying to connect the dots as to his whereabouts.
However, Peter Matsimbe's case dates back to 2019. According to court documents, Peter Matsimbe used fake documents to obtain loans from banks to purchase a huge number of cars through his parent company, Matsimbe & Company.
However, a warrant of execution for contempt of court against Peter Matsimbe. Standard Bank was only able to recover two cars before Matshimbe's disappearance.
The 10 cars missing include a Toyota Hilux, Toyota Land Cruiser, Lexus SUV, Lexus LX, McLaren MP4 Coupe, BMW X5 SUV, Can-Am Maverick, Audi Q3, Nissan Navara, and Volvo Mechanical Horse.
The bank only recovered two cars. However, Peter Mattimbe's younger brother Richard is also facing fraud charges. The controversial businessman reportedly obtained a R22 million loan for two luxury cars from businessman Jacobus Jansen.
