Bafana Bafana fans were left angry after manager Hugo Bruce selected Siyanda Xulu in his starting XI for the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) semi-final against Nigeria.
The 34-year-old defender started Bafana's opening game against Mali, contributing to two of his team's two goals conceded.

Bafana fans question Siyanda Xulu's choice
In the next game he was replaced by Grant Kekana. Since then, the Blues team has not conceded a goal.
The squad to face Nigeria was announced on Wednesday, with the Bafana manager pairing Motobi Mvala with Xulu and moving Kekana to the right side of defence.

Shulu will be tasked with guarding Nigeria's top man Victor Osimhen.
