The dream has always been to build a platform that brings together local teams and community-driven basketball organizations to showcase athletic talent and grow the sport of basketball in their communities.
RoyalOne Basketball League is a privately owned organization with the sole purpose of growing basketball in our community. Just because we're an owned organization doesn't mean we aren't willing to work with local and regional basketball federations, and we believe that together we can accomplish more.
With that said, the Royal One Basketball League is launching the Royal One Basketball League ProDivision, or RBLprodivision for short. A community professional basketball league in which teams and players receive a season allowance. This means that players/teams are paid at the end of the league season, and teams must be registered as NPOs. NPC or PTY LTD joins the league and he intends to sign a 2/4 year contract to remain in the league.
Our dream is to see each state represented. If you look at our structure, only two teams per town can operate in the league as a league. We hope to host at least 20/30 community/local teams and partner with established basketball federations to help support community teams in need. Is required.
The reason we are implementing this change is because we have seen large organizations only focus on the development of schools and established basketball clubs. While this is a good thing, the downside is that many of the community and local teams tend to suffer from a lack of support. This is some reason why there is no improvement and many community/local teams become inactive or disband.
As an organization, we aim to change everything and build this community basketball business to allow more community teams to join our league.
