Bayer Leverkusen won their first Bundesliga title with a 5-0 victory over Werder Bremen, reaching there with five games remaining.

But there were moments of jubilation for Xabi Alonso's side when the final whistle blew at BayArena on Sunday.
Victor Boniface's penalty in the 25th minute gave Leverkusen the lead, before Granit Xhaka and Florian Wirtz scored stunning goals in quick succession.
Supporters flooded the pitch midway through the game when star man Wirtz added his fourth goal in the 82nd minute and then completed his hat-trick moments later.
Leverkusen's landmark feat ended Bayern's era of dominance, having won the Bundesliga the last 11 times.
Unbeaten in all competitions this season, Leverkusen are on track to win an impressive treble in Alonso's first full season, with the German Cup and Europa League still in their sights.
