Big Hash is riding a wave of success as he announces that he is the first major artist to be nominated in two categories for the South African Music Awards (SAMA). The rapper took to social media to share his excitement and reflect on the five-year journey it took to create the album that has seen him nominated for the prestigious awards.
In addition to his own work, Big Hash was also recognized for his songwriting on Mia's song “2 To Tango.” The Other Side (Deluxe Edition)This moving news comes on the heels of a personal milestone he recently reached as he hosted his first ever concert.
Expressing his gratitude, he posted: “Thanks for everything! Thank you God! Thank you! Let's bring it home, @sonymusicafrica!”
He offered his heartfelt thanks to the featured artists, producers and engineers who worked on the album, as well as congratulating all the nominees in each category. It was a monumental week for Big Hash, marking a defining chapter in his career.
