Tavosmol and Morda are back
Morda and Thabo Smol – The Black Motion music group has reunited after a nasty split two years ago.
According to SowetanLIVE, Smol said the reunion will result in the next song titled. Takara Zwino – This is an ode to friendship.
Turbo said that although the separation affected him, he was glad it happened because it gave him clarity on his feelings.
“Some of our supporters are people we met at our shows years ago and have now become family, because they put their lives in our hands as musicians. , we had no choice but to consider them when it came to preserving and maintaining the Black Motion brand, ”said the drummer.
“We also look at musical groups like Ladysmith Black Mambazo that have been around for over 40 years…I don’t think they had any problems or people wanting to leave the group. So, during that time, I looked for a solution more than anything.
The collaboration will launch on May 10th and will also feature other artists.
“Takara Zwino It's about enjoying good times with good friends. That nothing else matters except this moment with your inner people and lineage. It means I’m going to make it no matter what…No matter what I’ve been through, my first day is still my first day,” he said.
“A few months ago, I was performing live to share this new song. It sparked interest in African Roots, and Bax and I both said we wanted to get on board with it. Our live session was shared on Tsa Ko Pitri's Instagram page and Molda witnessed it…and then he asked me to be part of the song. I agreed, mainly because I knew the joy it would bring to people.”
