South Africans got excited on social media after hearing the rap star talk about securing citizenship.
Some expressed excitement, while others said he was not welcome.
“As long as he's not a so-called Nigerian-American, there's no problem. I personally love African-Americans. They have no rights and are clinging on like unstable crooks at Tibunu Zoo.” he tweeted.
“He can create jobs. This guy is a South African Rand millionaire. He doesn't do drugs. He's an honest person. Just as we welcome rich white people. Same. We should welcome him,” another wrote.
One comment read: “He has to go back to the US. There's no homeland, so what?”
“Basta is like a child who goes to the countryside only by December, finds it fun, and wants to continue studying as a main course. It is only in the middle of the year that he realizes that December is the only month that is fun. I noticed.”
😂 😂 Imagine someone dating this guy 😢🤔
