The ICT courses offered include basic computer skills, resume writing, applying for jobs and scholarships, and the opportunity to earn an internationally recognized ICDL certification in computer skills.. Residents can also purchase discounted data vouchers, refurbished IT equipment and take advantage of phone charging facilities.
Addressing the digital divide is critical in Limpopo province, where only 58% of residents have access to the internet, the lowest in the country, according to ICASA's ICT sector report. Dell believes the hub has the potential to make a big difference in the state.
