There's no doubt that Shebeshxt has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons lately, from brawls in nightclubs to flaunting cash online.
With his newfound fame, he has experienced his fair share of drama.
Traffic cop demands R1000 from Skomota
Shebeshxt is trending after a video of him allegedly paying bribe to a traffic police officer went viral. Since the video was published on the internet, it has garnered thousands of comments and reactions and is now trending.
A friend of Shevesht recorded the embarrassing incident. Rumor has it he was stopped for speeding. After the conversation, a traffic officer was heard demanding R1000 from Shevesht.
But little is known about whether it was a bribe or just a casual moment with a celebrity. Social media users were quick to criticize Shevesht's friend who recorded the incident.
However, contrary to this trend, Shebeshxt has not yet mentioned this video which is now going viral. The National Traffic Law Enforcement Agency is also yet to address the incident.
Creating headings
Earlier today, Shebeshxt became #1 trending after a video of him counting a pile of cash flooded X (formerly Twitter). In the video, Shevesht appeared to be counting money and recording the amount in a book.
But this global trend often leads to unpleasant headlines. Mzansi was quick to flood social media with his two cents. Fans were sure this could put him in trouble.
SA reacts
One X user tagged SARS and asked, “@sarstax, is this paying taxes?” Fella, we don't want to hear about how he owes you millions while recklessly gobbling up money. ”
Another user added: “Is there anyone close to Mr. Shevesht who can advise him not to take videos of such things?” SARS will continue to be watched tomorrow.Once he collects everything he has, he will ask us for donations [sic]”
“He's starting to lose it now. SARS will hit him next,” commented Bruno Mann, 21.
