Photos from Dr Musa Mthombeni's graduation ceremony last week set social media on fire. While many discussed his good fortune in life, others couldn't help but note his wife Liesl Rowley's weight gain.
Fans of the lovely couple immediately began speculating that Liesl had bread in her oven, but Liesl once again denied this.
In a long video, she slammed the comments of social media users and asked them to stop commenting on women's bodies. And now her husband, Dr. Moosa, has finally given his opinion on the matter.
Liesl Laurie finds herself pregnant again
For the second time in two years, Dr Musa's wife Liesl Laurie Mthombeni has found herself accusing people of making comments about her looking pregnant.
A photo of the former Miss SA and her husband Dr. Musa at last week's graduation ceremony led to these comments.
Not happy at all
Liesl didn't take these comments lightly and urged people to “leave the uterus alone.”
“Leave my uterus alone. Leave other women's uteruses alone,” she began.
“Whether I am or not (to be clear, I am not), I feel like you guys just want to be seen,” she continued.
“This culture of wanting to be noticed or wanting to be the best, you guys have to stop it. Women are prepared to tell you whether they want to have children, whether they're pregnant, whether they're going to get pregnant or not. If I can, I will do so in time.
“You guys are honestly and really starting to piss me off…I'm really tired of things like this happening with my posts and other women's posts,” she said.
my husband will participate
Although Liesl has remained silent regarding the status of her pregnancy, many people continued to buzz about it on X (formerly Twitter).
And now her husband, Dr. Moosa, has spoken out as well, asking people to stop getting involved in her personal matters.
Posting in the comments section, Musa said the pregnancy was “not a group project.”
“Pregnancy is not a collective project. Leave our wombs alone,” he writes.
