'Road' star Nonke Williams hasn't apologized to RD
according to Jimojathe businessman responded to RD's demand letter with his own demand letter.
RD's legal representative, Sabelo Kubica of Kubica, told the magazine that Nonku missed the deadline to apologize to his client, which was set at 16:00 on March 8, 2024.

NONKU's claim against RD
The legal battle between the two ex-lovers began after Nonku accused RD of fraud. In the second episode of Season 4 of the Showmax Reality Her series, a construction magnet tells her sister that a controversial businessman has stolen materials from her company.
“By the way, he actually stole it,” Nonku told her sister on the show.
“He deceived me!'' Nonku continued. “He stole R300,000 worth of his material from the site.”
She also claimed that she was under a spell during their relationship.
“I truly believe that that person did something to me. The way everything happened…he's not my type. And I certainly found Muti in his bag.
“Can I tell you that I was drunk every time we were together? I just thank God I was able to escape that nightmare.”
demand letter
In a demand letter shared on his social media accounts, RD claims that when he met with Nonku in 2022, there were financial problems in Nonku's business, and that he was unable to financially support Nonku at that time. It added that it had formed a partnership to help.
“You have accused our client of stealing R300 000 worth of material from your company, and this has been made on television and on various social media. “We made such allegations with full knowledge, but continued to make them public for the sole purpose of damaging our client's reputation and dignity,” the letter said.
RD further claimed that, in fact, Nonku is bankrupt and pretends to be living a lavish lifestyle.
“It is our direction that these allegations against our client were made with the purpose of defaming our client in both a personal and professional capacity.
“In light of the foregoing, we hereby immediately retract and delete all social media posts and/or pages on social media platforms that contain false and defamatory information or misrepresentations as described in the letter. “We request that you do so,” the letter continued.
Failure to apologize will result in RD's lawyers taking further legal action against Nonku, the letter said.
