Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna and Leeds winger Crisencio Somerville were named Championship Manager and Player of the Year.
Somerville has scored 17 league goals and provided eight assists for Leeds, who are just one point behind the Foxes.
Portsmouth's John Mousinho was named League One's manager of the year at an event in London on Sunday.
Peterborough's Harrison Burrows won the League One Player of the Year award, while Mansfield manager Nigel Clough and Notts County winger Jody Jones were named League Two Manager and Player of the Year.
Somerville, a 22-year-old Dutchman, was the creative force behind a Leeds team that won 13 of their 18 league games in 2024.
He beat the Championship's leading scorer with 24 goals. Blackburn's Sammy Schmodics and Leicester's Keenan Dewsbury-Hall For the prize.
Somerville told BBC Sport: “I really love the fans, the atmosphere, the intensity, everything. When I was a kid I had dreams of playing in the Premier League and in England.”
“We always believed [we could chase down Leicester] Otherwise, I wouldn't be in the position I'm in now.We have to keep doing what we have to do and we need three more finals to achieve our plan. [of achieving promotion]. ”
Somerville and teammates Georginio Luther and Ethan Ampadu were all named to the Team of the Year.
McKenna, 37, took over as Ipswich manager in December 2021 and led the Suffolk club to a League One defeat in his first full season in charge and is on course for back-to-back promotions.
“I came here because I'm an ambitious manager and I wanted to find a football club that matched that ambition. I think I made the right choice,” McKenna said.
“It’s really exciting. [to be involved in such a tight promotion race]that's why we're involved in football and why we love the game.
“Obviously there's some tension on the outside, but on the inside I'm enjoying it and really enjoying it.”
McKenna beat out Leeds manager Daniel Farke and Hull's Liam Rosenior to win the award.
Leeds teenager Archie Gray has won this season's Young Player and Apprentice Award in the Championship category.
The 18-year-old has featured in all but two of Los Blancos' league games this season.
Mousinho, goalkeeper Will Norris, Conor Shaughnessy and Marlon Pack were named in League One's Team of the Year, as Portsmouth underlined their overwhelming race to the top of League One with promotion on the verge of promotion. Awarded for this.
Goal of the Season was awarded to Ipswich's Wes Barnes for his spectacular strike with the outside of his foot in December's Championship win against Coventry.
