Software provider ELO Digital Office recently launched its first Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Executive Breakfast event in Johannesburg. The event brought together over 60 local partners and customers to provide insight into the latest trends and highlight ELO's highly integrated platform approach to ECM. Karl Heinz Mosbach, his CEO of ELO Digital Office, explained the company's development roadmap, competitiveness in the ECM market and unique differentiators.
Attendees praised the adaptability and versatility of ELO's solutions across a variety of industries. Michael Nyathi, head of commercial at ELO's partner Tech ExDigital Solutions, highlighted the growing demand for integration of ECM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. “This event gave us a good insight into the benefits of working with the ELO Digital Office. We have been partnering with them since last year and are already gaining momentum in terms of the opportunities we are working on. We are excited about their product roadmap and believe we can successfully align to take advantage of future opportunities,” Nyati said.
Siseko Mni, executive head of IoT public sector at Vodacom, echoed similar sentiments, highlighting the importance of digitalization in streamlining business processes. He appreciated the insights and solutions shared at the event. “The take-home message is ‘Think digitally.’ ELO has solutions that can be used to digitize and automate business processes and integrate with back-end systems.”
Paddy Ndlovu, Sales and Marketing Manager at NALESA TBC, part of Maponya Group, highlighted the event as providing useful content on digital transformation, saying: , realize intelligent information management. Jasper Han, Business Development Manager of Huawei Cloud, noted the valuable knowledge gained at the event, especially on optical character recognition technology, and said he looks forward to future collaboration with ELO.
