Emtee, real name Msembeni Ndebu, begs the hijackers not to kill him.
The outspoken rapper has received numerous death threats and has even talked about moving to another country.
On Twitter, Emtee begged the hijackers not to hurt him as he had a family to support.
The star revealed in a tweet that he was back with his wife after it was reported that they were heading for divorce in 2023.
“Bafetu. I don't mean to interfere with my work. Just don't take over me. Mr. A has a newborn, two boys, and a wife. I'm just trying to feed the kids.” he wrote.
The tweet drew mixed reactions, with some slamming the rapper.
“So did other people ask for it? Do you think they didn't say anything before they took their last breath? This was a stupid tweet made at a very sensitive time and this Shouldn't have said anything,” one Twitter user responded.

Mtee's tweet came days after Kaizer Chiefs player Luke Fleur was shot in a carjacking.
A 24-year-old man was shot in the upper body Wednesday night and taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Fleur represented South Africa at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
